Details of the entity<\/p>

The company is 100% black owned, It was registered in 2017 for the purpose of economic development .<\/p>

We have worked with Ethekwini Municipality and have established a foothold in the industry. Specialising mainly in Civil
work and construction. We have also worked with some private institutions in executing some projects including building
of a private School in November 2017.<\/p>

We Specialise in Civil and Construction work, We have done municipal site maintenance as well as constructed water
treatment plants,<\/p>

We have done civil work on storm water systems , redesign and redirection storm water system, to alleviate the blockages
in Durban and surrounds<\/p>

We are currently building houses for the purpose of placing people who are displaced in Barton Place, Durban, Kwazulu

Economic development, – Supporting institutions like UNISA with infrastructure for the purpose of staff
accommodation, Tourism destination of choice through our high market accommodation and choice of facilities within.<\/p>

Assist the Municipality to achieve METRO status – Developing the area in terms of sectorial development.<\/p>

Infrastructure development will lead to improved revenue collection by the Municipality, upon the agreed period from
the inception \u2013 We propose a period of 18 to 24 months from receiving approval from the Municipality, to allow for
statutory planning and designs including construction period<\/p>
