The company is 100% black owned, It was registered in 2017 for the purpose of economic development .
We have worked with Ethekwini Municipality and have established a foothold in the industry. Specialising mainly in Civil
work and construction. We have also worked with some private institutions in executing some projects including building
of a private School in November 2017.
We Specialise in Civil and Construction work, We have done municipal site maintenance as well as constructed water
treatment plants,
We have done civil work on storm water systems , redesign and redirection storm water system, to alleviate the blockages
in Durban and surrounds
We are currently building houses for the purpose of placing people who are displaced in Barton Place, Durban, Kwazulu

Development and operation
Economic development, – Supporting institutions like UNISA with infrastructure for the purpose of staff
accommodation, Tourism destination of choice through our high market accommodation and choice of facilities within.
Assist the Municipality to achieve METRO status – Developing the area in terms of sectorial development.
Infrastructure development will lead to improved revenue collection by the Municipality, upon the agreed period from
the inception – We propose a period of 18 to 24 months from receiving approval from the Municipality, to allow for
statutory planning and designs including construction period
